Ambos NBGO  assisted AgroSavfe NV and its shareholders in the preparation, negotiation and closing of a 7.8 million second capital raising round. The shareholder consortium has been joined by, amongst others, Globachem. Ambos NBGO assisted Senior Assist NV ( with the successful sale of Terra 13 BVBA's shares to Rheastone NV, a subsidiary of Cofinimmo NV. Terra 13 is the owner of a plot of land on which it has built an extension to a new care home.

Senior Assist is a Belgian group specialising in care for the elderly. It has an extensive network of nursing and care homes, assisted living facilities and home care services. 85% of its nursing and care homes are situated in Brussels and Wallonia.
