Bio

Samuel Darcheville (°1983), managing associate, advises and assists Belgian and foreign companies and funds on all aspects of Belgian company law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, shareholders' agreements and corporate restructurings.

Samuel is managing associate in the Corporate department since 2012. He began his career at De Wolf & Partners in 2007. He obtained his Master of Laws degree at the University of Louvain-la-Neuve (UCL) in 2006 and also studied at the University of Central England (Birmingham, UK) in the Erasmus framework. Afterwards Samuel obtained a master in European law at the University of Ghent in 2007.

He published together with Roel Nieuwdorp and Michiel Vanderhaeghe the following book: Vademecum Algemene Vergadering / Vademecum Assemblée générale, Bruxelles, Larcier, 2015 and gives regularly conferences on corporate law topics.
